You have 15 days, from the day of delivery, to return items that are not suitable for you.
Our team processes returns within 7 days of receiving the package.

📦 Relay Point or Post Office: sselect return to relay point to generate your label, stick it on the package. And place your order within 6 days.
📬 Return to mailbox, select return to relay point to generate your label, stick it on the package. Ask your postman to pick up your parcel with this form and drop the order in your mailbox.
To obtain a return label in France, provide your invoice number (example: LB12345) and your postal code.

Returns are free in France, if you order from abroad the return costs are your responsibility.

Returned products must be new with their labels, unworn or washed and in their original box perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of your package, our team will carry out the usual checks before confirming your refund.
We will send you an email confirming the refund of your order, which will be effective in your account within 3 days.
Any return made by post is your responsibility; we advise you to pack the item well to avoid any deterioration. Otherwise, no complaint and/or request for reimbursement will be admissible with the post office, in the event of non-receipt of a package.

The period of 15 days runs from the receipt of your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this date.
As a small shop, we work with low stocks, which allows us to offer you new products every week. We cannot re-sale products from past collections. This is also why we strive to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
