My package has been returned to sender
Unfortunately, once your package is returned to our Workshop, it cannot be sent back to you and will be automatically refunded within 10 working days.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
* Please note that during collection launches, sales or other sales peaks, the preparation times for your order are extended. It takes 2 to 6 working days after validation of your order.
